Microsoft Dynamcs and Intacct reseller LBMC Technologies formally announced at Intacct's annual user and partner conference their new Dynamics CRM integration to Intacct's financial management and accounting cloud platform.

Integrating Intacct with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, LBMC will connect clients' financials with their customer relationship management tools to eliminate paperwork and the manual re-entry of data, as well as streamline their order fulfillment processes.

LBMC's portfolio now includes Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL, Microsoft CRM Online, Microsoft Business Productivity Online Services and Intacct.

Several other veteran Microsoft Dynamics SL and GP value added resellers (VARs) have recently signed partnership agreements with cloud-based accounting and financial management solution provider Intacct including Massey Consulting, Boyer & Associates, Brittenford Systems, and Synergy Business Solutions.

Although Intacct most commonly integrates with Salesforce.com, opening Intacct to Dynamics CRM will open up Intacct's practice and give LBMC a new opportunity because of Dynamics CRM's tight integration with Outlook and other Microsoft products.  This should make the offering much more competitive than Salesforce's offering, according to company officials.

LBMC said it decided to partner with Intacct because it wanted to be able to add a 100% cloud-based financial solution to its portfolio and it sees the move as a way to grow both on the Dynamics and Intacct sides of their business going forward.
