KPMG to acquire Adoxio, bolstering position as Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrator

Adoxio Business Solutions (Adoxio) is being acquired by KPMG in Canada. Acquiring Adoxio will strengthen KPMG's position as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems integrator. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of this month.

Adoxio was formed after Microsoft acquired portal vendor Adxstudio in 2015. Currently, Adoxio employs an 80-person team with offices in Canada and Redmond, Wash. Adoxio delivers Dynamics 365 products and services in a wide range of industries, including public sector, regulatory, manufacturing, retail, and energy.
