InterDyn Socius Expands to Offer Complete Microsoft Dynamics ERP Portfolio with Acquisition of Local Dynamics NAV Partner

InterDyn Socius, a Microsoft Dynamics software partner, announced this week that it has acquired the Microsoft Dynamics NAV practice of Lean Back-Office, an Akron, Ohio consulting firm.

The acquisition will enable InterDyn Socius to add Dynamics NAV to its enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions from Microsoft Dynamics. Adding Dynamics NAV to its product offerings means InterDyn Socius is now certified to provide all four Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.

The consultants of Lean Back-Office will continue to provide solutions and services to their midmarket and large business clients from InterDyn Socius' Northeast Ohio office location in Brecksville.

"We are excited to have the Lean Back-Office staff join the InterDyn Socius team and bring with them their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and lean manufacturing," said Jeffrey Geisler, CPA, InterDyn Socius' CEO, in a statement. "Adding the NAV solution to our organization enables us to provide our clients with even more options for obtaining a business solution that is ideal for their companies' needs."

Terry Ginley, InterDyn Socius' Director of Product Strategies and Acquisitions, said the company continues to grow through strategic partnerships and acquisitions, allowing it to expand its products and services.  InterDyn Socius hired Ginley as Director of Product Strategies and Mergers &Acquisitions in November. At the time the company stated Ginley's focus is on launching Socius' emerging Microsoft Dynamics AX product strategy and managing the organization's integration into a new phase of partnership with InterDyn, an international group of Microsoft partners.

As part of deal, InterDyn Socius has also reached a referral agreement with Apple Growth Partners, a Lean Back-Office affiliate, to provide ERP and technology solutions to Apple Growth Partner's ...
