Microsoft launches new site for Dynamics GP community feedback, ideas

Aiming to allay fears about a lack of customer input into Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft has launched a new website where partners and customers can log their ideas, feedback, and suggestions. The new site, Experience Dynamics, which replaces the Microsoft Connect site, is also available to users of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

"Have no fear, the end is nowhere near for Microsoft Dynamics GP," stated GP senior escalation engineer Terry Heley in a blog post. "We are back in business, you have an idea? We want to hear it."

Heley stated that since Microsoft is targeting a new Dynamics GP release for the end of the year, now is the time for users to enter "those fabulous new product ideas you want to see in the software you use and love every day."

"I have been out there a bit myself playing around and voting up the many great suggestions already entered," she stated. The default sort is by the Idea that has the most votes, she noted, and there rae restriction criteria available under the Status and From tabs.

The ideas with the most hits are more likely to get in the product, she explained.

"Over the last few releases we have concentrated on putting in features that customers want in our product," she stated. "Let's continue to show the product team what we want to see in our Microsoft Dynamics GP product going forward."
