InfoGrow Offers Free Tool Linking Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Bing Maps

A free mapping tool that lets users map leads, accounts, and contacts inside Dynamics CRM 2011, CRM2Maps works inside CRM so sales reps can be more productive, the company said. With just one click, users can convert a CRM record into a map with street, image, or a bird's-eye view so they can save time when they plan their trips, according to the company. Users can also get detailed driving directions to the displayed location from any address.
"CRM2Maps is the first in a series of innovative mapping products designed to help businesses make better, more informed decisions about sales and marketing," said Bob Sullivan, InfoGrow president, in a statement.
Sullivan said InfoGrow will offer additional modules, from for call planning, territory management, service planning and target marketing for Dynamics CRM 2011 users. He said having mapping inside CRM lets users take advantage of power of the data in CRM to make better sales and marketing decisions, while also increasing user acceptance of CRM.
