Infinity Info's Success Program Offers Freebies for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customers, Prospects

In the competitive world of Microsoft Dynamics CRM service providers, the best way to attract clients may just be to offer something for nothing.  At least that is the hope of Infinity Info Systems Inc., who are offering free trials and other incentives to encourage existing and prospective Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers to discover how to get the most out of the customer relationship management application.

The 23-year-old, New York City-based systems integrator has created a new Success Program that includes a free CRM assessment, a free 30-day trial for new customers, free monthly online seminars and free advice on future upgrades on the Dynamics CRM product roadmap. For eligible SalesForce.com and Oracle On Demand customers, the deal is even sweeter: companies that switch to Dynamics CRM online can get it free for six months.

The primary target of Infinity's program is existing Dynamics CRM customers who may not be taking full advantage of the application's capabilities to boost profits and sales, said Andrew Greenwood, Infinity Info Systems' director of marketing. But it also is potentially an outreach to customers using rival products as well as companies without any CRM system at all, he said.

However, the program also could benefit Infinity Info Systems, in turn, by attracting more clients.

"We think this is a chance to meet more customers," Greenwood said.

Although many of the elements were already in place, the new initiative ties everything together into a cohesive program that will maximize the benefit for the customer, he said.
