To-Increase acquires Dynamics Anywhere

Software maker and Microsoft partner To-Increase has expanded its mobility portfolio with the purchase of Dynamics ERP ISV Dynamics Anywhere. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dynamics Anywhere has two flagship products - AX Anywhere and NAV Anywhere. Their browser-based mobile solutions offer retail, manufacturing, field sales, services, and warehouse management capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV on a range of devices.

The acquisition is a part of the To-Increase's ongoing strategy of investing in mobility-based solutions that reach more people where they work, according to a spokesperson.

Dynamics Anywhere has more than 200 customers but has remained a small business, with about a dozen employees. The company was named to Microsoft's 2014 Presidents Club. Back in 2011, they were already gaining some serious momentum when AX expert Brandon George wrote that they had added 50 customers in that year, grown their partner channel to over 40 partners, and had influenced "nearly 5 million USD in FY11".

"To-Increase and Dynamics Anywhere already enjoy a great deal of synergy," said Luciano Cunha, VP of Sales for To-Increase. "We have worked together for several years and already share trusted relationships with many of the same customers and support partners. We also share a common commitment to putting our customers' needs first and creating solutions that deliver exceptional business value right out of the box."
