Ignite 2021: Context IQ aims to speed access to business data in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365

Microsoft has introduced Context IQ, a new set of capabilities aimed at improving the accessibility of information between Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 for users working in either context.

"Context IQ helps ensure business users can access documents and records, colleagues across the organization, and conversations—all in the flow of work, whether from within Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 applications," wrote Microsoft CVP Alysa Taylor in an Ignite-related blog post.

Many of the features of Context IQ focus on the Microsoft 365 sphere in areas like finding files and users to insert into communications, finding calendar times, and incorporating data into Teams or the new Microsoft Loop, the new application building canvas framework for Microsoft 365. Loop can also include components for Dynamics 365 sales records.
