Heartland Business Systems announced it will acquire the assets of Neal & Associates Business Consultants, Inc. (NEALABC), a Phoenix, AZ based provider of Microsoft business solutions.

The addition of NEALABC and their service offerings will help Heartland grow their digital services in the US, the company stated. Heartland already serves Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central customers, among several other lines of business.

NEALABC offers services around Microsoft business applications with specialization in CRM and productivity, according to the companies. The firm was founded in 2003 and specializes in CRM for SMBs and the mid-market.

HBS employs over 220 technical engineers and business consultants throughout the Midwest and Arizona.

Peter Helander, CEO at Heartland, stated:

Neal’s expertise in developing intelligent workflows with the help of Microsoft CRM will elevate HBS’s current offerings that help its clients integrate business processes across organizational boundaries resulting in transformational efficiencies in productivity and value.

The companies advised that the transition will be "seamless" to their customers.

Andy Neal, the founder and owner of NEALABC stated:

With continued growth opportunities across the US, we look to expand our product offerings and Services bench for our customers. Not only will they have access to a greater depth of service and business solutions, they will experience a greater breadth of technology expertise from a company focused on innovative technologies and strategic partnerships. With core values that aligned with NEALABC it made sense for our companies to merge and continue to drive growth.
