Greenshades Software, a provider of payroll, HR, and compliance solutions, has announced a partnership with workforce payments platform Branch to integrate no-fee bank account and debit card options and other financial wellness tools within their employee self-service portal.

Over a quarter of employees at Greenshades clients still receive paper checks, according to the company. And they report that nearly half of their client base is concentrated in two main segments: general industrials and HR & staffing, which typically exhibit a large concentration of deskless, hourly workers in need of banking services.

Integration of Branch's debit card and banking services will allow Greenshades clients to offer their employees direct deposit options with a debit card.
