G42 partners with Microsoft on sovereign cloud offering

Microsoft partner G42 announced plans to deliver sovereign cloud and AI capabilities in the United Arab Emirates, as well as expanding existing datacenter infrastructure. Through the partnership, Microsoft is providing public sector and regulated industries in the UAE enhanced privacy and regulatory compliance capabilities. G42 has a preexisting specialization in UAE sovereign cloud requirements.

As part of the partnership, G42 and Microsoft will work together to provide more in-country services, and boost go-to market options for partners. Additionally, Microsoft will work with G42 to expand its footprint in the UAE through Khazna Data Centers, a joint venture of G42 and e&.
