Microsoft recently put out its April 2019 release notes for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, which includes Flow. Daniel Laskewitz, a super user in the Netherlands weighed in on some of the updates to Flow that he thinks are most important.

"I would love to have guest users in Flows and have them respond to approvals," Laskewitz stated. Luckily in the new release external users on Azure can be added as full members of the team, with the ability to do approval requests or edit a flow.
