Finastra teams up with Microsoft on Azure-based financial platform

Finastra announced a multi-year strategic partnership with Microsoft to use Azure for its financial services platform. As part of the agreement, Finastra is making its Azure-based FusionFabric.cloud platform accessible to encourage developers to build on its core systems.

Together the two companies already support 3,000 financial institutions on Azure, spanning treasury, retail banking, lending and payments.
