At the end of March, Dynamics 365 and CRM professionals are set to converge on Amsterdam for the 2019 Extreme365 Europe event. Jakob Bjorning, chief marketing officer for Dynamics education solution provider ClickLearn will be in attendance and shared an advance look at what attendees will likely to be talking about.

Editor's note: MSDW is a media sponsor of the Extreme365 event.

Getting the most out of the event

Often, Dynamics professionals spend much of the year tucked away behind screens hard at work setting up customizations or organizing data. But Extreme365 offers a dose of what Jakob calls "brain food."

It's very fruitful to share experiences. They have a program called Executive Exchange that we are a keen participant in. It makes sense for us to participate. It gives some insight to how the big partners position themselves toward end customers. Dynamics 365 CRM is different than some products we're involved with like NAV or BC, and partners have a slightly different approach for large customers.
