ESW Capital Acquires RoseASP, Adds New Leadership
Microsoft Dynamics partner RoseASP, a provider of cloud and hosting for Dynamics AX, GP, NAV. SL, and CRM, has been acquired by private equity firm ESW Capital LLC.
Michael Bone, who has more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience in the IT and software industries, has joined RoseASP as its new chief revenue officer.
RoseASP joins other cloud providers - and competitors - that have been picked up by private equity companies, including Concerto, WatServ, and OneNeck IT Solutions. In addition, WennSoft was snagged by private equity firm LLR Partners and ClickDimensions has received a round of growth equity investment from Accel-KKR.
RoseASP CEO Linda Rose is retiring from the day-to-day operations of the company and moving into a management advisory position. Bone is taking over Rose's role in sales and marketing, with new duties to be announced.
RoseASP customers can expect "business as usual" as the RoseASP team expands and transitions to new leadership, according to company officials.
