Endeavor Solutions broadens its ERP base with Express Info acquisition
Endeavor Solutions announced it has acquired Texas-based Express Information Systems.
Express Info’s client base includes Dynamics GP and Sage Intacct customers, according to the companies. The company has been in business for over 35 years.
The deal expands Endeavor’s GP base to over 650 and their overall client base to over 1,000, they report.
In November 2023, HSO Canada and Endeavour Solutions announced a deal to transfer HSO Canada’s Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting practice and client base to Endeavour Solutions. Endeavour also acquired Purely CRM in 2023.
