Dynamics Profile: Fredrik Neiderud Teaches Microsoft Dynamics CRM Users to be Superusers

Fredrik Neiderud saw a need for more shared knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Sweden and has worked diligently to fulfill that need over the last three years.

Neiderud is System Manager CRM at TeracomBoxer Group, an information technology and services company in Stockholm County, Sweden. Near the end of 2013, Neiderud, along with Microsoft MVP and founder of CRM-Konsulterna AB Gustaf Westerlund, founded the Swedish chapter of CRMUG.

As leader of the chapter, Neiderud was asked to provide input to the leaders of the global CRMUG organization on how he thought the CRMUG European Congress 2016, which runs May 9-10 at the International Congress Center in Stuttgart, Germany, should be organized.

"Then I was asked if I wanted to hold a session," he says. "Of course, it sounded like an interesting opportunity to participate in more than just the planning-to actually be an active part of the program. So I jumped on the opportunity."

CRM simplified in superuser sessions

As an IT consultant, Neiderud's work focuses on the integration between business and technology, he says. His specialty is the analysis and design of complex IT systems, focusing mainly on requirement handling and specification. His experiences include working with highly integrated systems close to the business such as content management systems, CRM, and billing applications, as well as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

At the European Congress, Neiderud will present "Superuser Session (Part 1) - Starting Starting with Advanced Find." This session is aimed at helping users understand exactly how to use the Advanced Find feature in their Dynamics CRM systems.
