Directions events cancel in-person plans as 2020 Microsoft Dynamics conference schedule goes all-virtual

Two of the remaining Microsoft Dynamics-focused conferences in 2020 that included in-person gatherings have now cancelled those plans.

Directions EMEA, the Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central partner-focused event, had planned to hold its annual event in Prague in early October after shifting away from initial plans for a Milan event. The location change had accounted for a smaller audience in 2020 that would be able or willing to attend in-person. The organizers have announced they will instead run a virtual event from November 3rd to 5th.

"We were expecting the Covid-19 situation to get better after summer holidays, but it is getting worse. Therefore, we have decided to go virtual with Directions in 2020," the event organizers told their community in an email announcing the change.
