CRM Saturday: The growth of an interactive Dynamics CRM learning experience

Over the years, Manchester, England has been home to a number of firsts.

Henry Royce built his first car in Manchester in 1904, and in 1917, Ernest Rutherford first split the atom at the University of Manchester. It was home to a computing first in June 1948 when "The Baby," the world's first programmable computer, ran its first coded operation.

And in 2015, Manchester was home to the first CRM Saturday, launched by Razwan Choudry, CRM solution architect and Dynamics community moderator.

"I started CRM Saturday in collaboration with SQL Saturday, with the help of Microsoft MVPs from both the SQL and Dynamics communities such as Chris Testa and Baris Kanlica," Choudry says. "I am a very proud Mancunian and it's an honor that I have found my way to contribute to Manchester's legacy."

Microsoft support makes CRM Saturday possible

Now held four to five times a year in various cities around Europe, CRM Saturday is a free CRM technical and strategy event organized by Dynamics CRM MVPs, professionals, technical consultants and developers, who share new skills while also making a point to promote the "CRM manifesto" - helping organizations overcome the challenges of implementing successful Dynamics CRM strategies.

Microsoft underwrites the entire event, hosting CRM Saturday at its offices in London, Dublin, Barcelona and Istanbul, as well as Manchester, and even providing refreshments.
