ClickDimensions and Data8 team on data quality management for Dynamics 365 users
ClickDimensions, a provider of marketing automation for Microsoft Dynamics 365, has partnered with Data8, a provider of data quality management services, to improve data quality in marketing campaigns within Dynamics 365.
ClickDimensions is built natively in Dynamics 365, so users can already segment, personalize, and report on data at an individual and an account level. Although access to data in Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps is a huge advantage to customers, having that data won't matter if it's not high-quality, accurate data, stated Mike Dickerson, CEO of ClickDimensions.
"That's why we think this partnership with Data8 is so critical to our customers, particularly as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is set to take effect and make data quality issues more than just a detriment to success, but a potential liability as well," Dickerson said.
The partnership between the companies was a natural fit because both focus on Dynamics 365, stated Anthony Allen, managing director at Data8.
"Duplicate records, poorly formatted values, typos, inconsistencies and data discrepancies would significantly reduce the effectiveness of marketing efforts," Allen stated. "We're pleased to partner with ClickDimensions to help bring to their customers a greater confidence in their data so they can achieve even greater marketing success."
