Cincom Systems Announces New Microsoft Dynamics Practice

Microsoft ISV Cincom Systems has announced a new Microsoft Dynamics practice that will resell Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise and online), Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office 365 in the United States.

Cincom recently signed a global strategic partnership with Microsoft to drive increased innovation in ERP and CRM software for the manufacturing industry.

"Business complexity won't go away," said Dave Schwarber, managing director, Cincom's Manufacturing Business Solutions, in a statement. "In fact, we're seeing signs it's increasing. So it's important to focus on how to transform complexity into clarity and competitive advantage for our clients, so they can make smarter decisions and provide greater customer value at a lower cost."

Earlier this year, Cincom added Microsoft Dynamics AX as a select provider of financial management modules in its Cincom CONTROL ERP software, which is aimed at manufacturing companies that rely on build-to-order, engineer-to-order or assemble-to-order approaches to serve their customers and channels, according to company officials.

Incorporating Dynamics AX financial management features into the Cincom CONTROL enables it to manage change effectively, help users manage risk and promote collaborative business processes.

At Convergence 2012 Microsoft announced new global ISV partners supporting Microsoft Dynamics products including CRM and AX and pushing ahead key strategic capabilities they hope to promote in the upper middle market and enterprise spaces. At the time Microsoft said Cincom Systems would offer enterprise and manufacturing solutions for Dynamics AX.
