The biggest Microsoft Dynamics stories of 2018

by Jason Gumpert
Editor, MSDynamicsWorld.com

We begin our look back at 2018 in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem with the most popular and important stories of the year. Microsoft reorganized the Business Applications engineering group within the Cloud + AI Platform led by Scott Guthrie early in the year. From there all Dynamics 365 products marched forward under the framework of twice-yearly release waves, and that rhythm will continue into 2019.

Perhaps it is no surprise that key decisions and milestones around the product line drove top news items of the year, from the launch of AI apps to Microsoft’s latest conference efforts. And with growth will come challenges, everything from system performance to learning about the latest tools and updates.

In a follow up article, we will identify the most popular contributed content from subject matter experts.
