Microsoft looks to its partners to deliver much of its business applications revenue and to make its fast-moving product lineup perform at its peak. With so many Dynamics and Power Platform product and licensing updates in 2019, the partner's role either as an ISV or a services provider required agility, foresight, and patience. SMB partners may have appear to be coalescing around Business Central as Microsoft's ERP of the future, but with so much potential in adding automation, reporting, and new bespoke apps through a combination of Power Platform tools and Azure services, it will be interesting to see where partners choose to focused their time (and their clients' attention) in the new year.
