Best Of 2019: The biggest Microsoft Dynamics 365 product news

This year saw Microsoft's business solutions ambitions broaden even further with a product portfolio that is growing, flattening out, and aiming to become more interconnected. Without product hierarchies like an overarching Customer Engagement family or a single ERP product to collect all modules, the moves of 2019 reflected the freedom to grow and expand the portfolio, like with AI Builder's range of pre-built services, more believable tie-ins to products like Teams and Forms Pro, and the opportunity to re-organize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations into two products that are even more cumbersome to name.
