Chicago-based BDO USA, a large accounting and advisory firm, announced that it is combining with Flintech Holdings LLC and Dynamics Beyond LLC in a bid to strengthen its strategic partnership with Microsoft. The company plans to grow its Dynamics 365 and managed services capacity, with 22 professionals from Flintech and Dynamics Beyond joining its team.
BDO USA previously expanded its operations by acquiring SWC Technology Partners LLC.
