Azure Updates: Misconfiguration; Databricks; Zero Trust; Blocking unsanctioned apps; MLOps
Throughout the past week, Microsoft returned its attention to security, as well as services like Databricks and databases. The company notified users about a misconfiguration in an internal customer support database for case analytics that resulted in data being exposed. Microsoft announced that Databricks is now HITRUST certified. Databricks, which is based on Apache Spark, is used to simplify the process of creating solutions for big data and AI. The certification focuses mainly on healthcare, offering the Common Security Framework for security and compliance.
