Azure Updates: Brazil growth; Monitor Logs; IoT Central; Data Factory

In recent days, Microsoft turned its attention to Monitor Logs, IoT Central and a string of small updates. Covid-19 may still have the world in its grip, but there are some signs that the economic recovery is beginning in many countries. 

New research put out by Information Services Group found the cloud market expanding rapidly in Brazil, with up to 20,000 active Microsoft partners and growing confidence in cloud security. MSPs are witnessing substantial growth, becoming increasingly indistinguishable from VARs, although the report noted that they would need to increasingly invest in automation. Simultaneously, SAP partners are witnessing growth—particularly in the mid-market--thanks to Azure-SAP partnerships that enhance S/4HANA's ability to be run in the cloud.
