Avanade Offers New Microsoft Dynamics AX-based Wholesale Distribution Solution

Avanade has launched a new supply chain solution to help companies better manage order processing and warehousing, forecasting, pricing and rebate management.

The Avanade ERP for Wholesale Distribution solution is built on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. It was developed based on customer feedback, and insights from industry experts and Avanade's consultants, according to company officials.

Avanade ERP for Wholesale Distribution helps companies manage the inventory lifecycle to simplify sourcing and warehouse fulfillment as well as improve customer service, officials said. Because industry best practices are embedded in pre-defined business processes, the solution will give companies more visibility into the supply chain so they can operate more efficiently.
