Armanino McKenna Acquires Microsoft Dynamics Consultancy 1 Source Solutions, Grows US West Coast Presence

Armanino McKenna LLP announced today that it has acquired 1 Source Solutions, also known as Fullscope West, to grow its US west coast presence as a Microsoft Dynamics VAR for GP, CRM, and AX.  The 1 Source staff of 28 employees will join the firm and 2 former 1 Source executives, Bruce Kirschenbaum and Chris Moore, have been named as new partners within the Consulting department of Armanino McKenna. 

The transaction includes acquisition of 1 Source's software modules that work in conjunction with MS Dynamics AX including manufacturing, distribution, revenue recognition and supply chain management.  1 Source clients include technology, manufacturing, medical devices and pharmaceuticals companies such as ISSI Semiconductors, Xbox, ShoreTel and Network Equipment Technologies.

Armanino McKenna provide consulting and technology services to $50 million-$2 billion firms on the US west coast. According to the company, the deal puts Armanino McKenna at over 100 consultants. Terms of the deal are undisclosed.

Previously, Moore was Managing Director and Kirschenbaum served as Director of Consulting for 1 Source.  1 Source implemented and provided ERP consulting services to Fortune 2000 companies throughout the Western United States.
