IT services company Advania has acquired UK-based Microsoft partner Azzure IT Ltd., a provider of Dynamics 365 solutions. Advania is a portfolio company of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Azzure IT works with Dynamics 365 Business Central & Sales alongside proprietary IP including order processing, procure-to-pay, stock control and distribution, and time and billing solutions, the companies said in a statement.
