Acquisition by Columbus caps off a year of deal making for Microsoft Dynamics VAR InterDyn BMI

Following a year in which veteran Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM partner InterDyn BMI acquired three Dynamics consultancies, the company was itself acquired last week by Columbus A/S, the Denmark-based global IT and consulting firm.

Columbus will pay $11.8 million for the US-based consultancy, with some of that price conditional 2015 and 2016 performance.

InterDyn BMI has 23 offices around the US and more than 125 employees. In its announcement, Columbus put InterDyn BMI's revenue at DKK 162m (about $25M currently) and earnings of DKK 4.3m (about $660,000).
