One of the tasks that can be overlooked when the implementation team is busy with everything else is end user training.
There are common pitfalls organizations fall into when planning end user training. Some examples include: starting end user training too late, building materials focused on software functionality, focusing solely on classroom training that is hard to schedule and staff, creating training materials that are long and difficult to understand, and not engaging end users enough to keep them motivated.
