iPlan Global and Levridge announce partnership for agribusiness and grain value chains across Africa

iPlan Global and Levridge have teamed up to bring new digital solutions to agribusiness.

Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Levridge platform brings together grain management, inventory, logistics, finance, and reporting in one system, giving businesses better visibility and control, according to the companies.

As part of the agreement, iPlan will provide services for Levridge products, helping farmers and agribusinesses adopt new technology. The partnership strengthens both companies' efforts to support digital transformation in agriculture across South Africa and the rest of Africa, the companies said.

By combining Levridge's agribusiness software with iPlan's technology expertise, the partnership will help agricultural businesses modernize their operations and grow, the companies noted.

TSG acquires Creative Computing Solutions

TSG, a UK IT services company that works with midsize businesses, has acquired Creative Computing Solutions, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner with about 100 customers, including TV production company Hat Trick Productions.

The deal expands TSG's Microsoft services while giving Creative Computing Solutions' customers access to TSG's broader IT expertise. CEO Justin Farmiloe will join TSG as chief technology officer, while customer contracts and support services will remain unchanged, according to the companies.

The acquisition is part of TSG's ongoing growth strategy. The deal is expected to double TSG's Business Central business, increase its workforce by about 8%, and strengthen its Microsoft expertise and industry knowledge, the companies said.

ServiceTrade launches industry's first and only native integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365
