Kumar stated that organizations need visibility into issues such as failed conversations, frequent escalations, user drop-offs, slow responses, and backend system delays. Without proper monitoring, it can be difficult to understand what is happening behind the scenes.

Kumar pointed out that it tracks conversation activity, response times, errors, API performance, and other key metrics. This makes it easier to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI agents.
