Supporting conditions in print management
Writing on his blog, Martin Dráb stated that print management in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (and Dynamics AX) lets you choose things such as which report format to use and where to send it.
He added that you can also set it up to change these options based on certain conditions, for example, using a different layout or footer for specific customers.
Dráb wrote that to set it up, you start with a default configuration that applies to everything and doesn't include any conditions. Then, you add additional setups underneath it that include conditions, so the system knows when to use those different options.
Dráb also explained what to do if you create your own report that uses print management. He then provided details about a few variants of the solution.
