Optrua and Advantage Design Group announce CRM modernization initiative driving 80% increase in lead capture

Optrua, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consulting firm, and Advantage Design Group (ADG), which provides recruiting and onboarding solutions for colleges and private companies, have announced the successful completion of a CRM upgrade. 

The project helped ADG experience an 80% increase in lead capture, gain better visibility into its data, and run operations more efficiently, according to the companies.

ADG moved from an outdated CRM system to Dynamics 365 CRM to support a more modern, web-based way of working. They brought in Optrua to help stabilize and improve their Dynamics 365 system. Instead of doing a large, disruptive overhaul, Optrua and ADG worked together on a step-by-step improvement plan using Optrua's Care Plan, its ongoing improvement model, the companies noted.

This made it possible to roll out updates gradually while staying within budget and not overloading ADG's internal team.
