Use capitalization to format recipient names correctly in Customer Insights – Journeys

Writing on her blog, Megan Walker wrote about a challenge that arose in working on her own newsletter. When someone fills out the signup form, the first name and last name fields are required, but she noted that she can't control how people type their names as some use all uppercase, some all lowercase, and others mix both.

She pointed out that she can control how those names appear in her system by formatting the first and last name so they start with a capital letter and the rest of the letters are lowercase.

In her post, Walker explained how you can clean up and format recipient names in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, then use those newly formatted fields in your emails.
