Add to a sales sequence via Customer Insights trigger

On her blog, Megan Walker wrote that if you're using both Sales Accelerator and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, you might run into a situation where you want to add contacts or leads into a sales sequence as part of a journey.

For example, when you get a new subscriber, you may want to place them into a nurture journey. She noted that there are ways to do this manually or by using filter rules on a Sales Accelerator segment, which is different from a Customer Insights segment.

However, Walker asked what if you want marketing to be able to add people to a sequence directly through a journey?

In her blog post, Walker explained how to set that up using a custom trigger.

On the Inogic blog, Sam Kumar wrote that the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app gives field technicians the tools they need to handle their tasks, complete inspections, and stay compliant right from their mobile devices or web browsers.
