Hoalani Group expands global reach with strategic acquisition of blink-iT Solutions

Hoalani Group, a global business advisory and technology provider, has acquired Portugal-based blink-iT Solutions, an IT services provider specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, and Power BI solutions. As part of the deal, blink-iT will maintain its independence.

This acquisition is an important step for Hoalani Group as it aims to increase its business, according to the companies. Highlights of the acquisition include:

• Building a strong global leader in Dynamics 365 solutions and business intelligence services.
• Expanding its presence around the world.
• Improving skills in AI-based business analytics, cloud ERP solutions, and digital transformation consulting.

The acquisition strengthens Hoalani Group's existing services, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, Power Platform, change management, post-merger integration, and project management, the companies said. 

Fessler & Bowman selects Dynamics 365 and SIS Construct 365

Fessler & Bowman, a construction company in the U.S., has decided to switch from its legacy ERP software to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SIS Construct 365. SIS develops software for commercial construction companies powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Fessler & Bowman, a company that works in concrete and large-scale construction, chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SIS Construct 365 over Viewpoint, according to the companies. SIS Construct 365 includes project cost management, advanced labor, and the Procore Connector. Project cost management works with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to manage construction finances. The Procore Connector links Procore with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, the companies said.

"Now with the flexibility of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, SIS Construct 365 software, and the SIS Procore Connector, Fessler & Bowman construction operations can continue to rely on Procore and have Dynamics 365 and SIS Construct 365 provide a robust financial and project accounting platform," said SIS founding partner Mark Kershteyn.

Marshfield Consulting’s Docusign CLM connector now available on Microsoft AppSource

Marshfield Consulting has announced that its Docusign contract lifecycle management connector (CLM) is now available on AppSource. 

This tool integrates Docusign’s CLM with Dynamics 365, helping businesses streamline contract processes, speed up sales, and improve compliance, according to the company.

The Docusign CLM Connector integrates contract management directly into Dynamics 365, letting users create, manage, and store contracts within the platform, the company said. It combines the ease of Dynamics 365 with Docusign's features, such as document generation, workflow automation, and AI insights.
