Scanco Software expands portfolio with the acquisition of WithoutWire Inventory Sciences

Scanco Software LLC, a provider of software solutions for the manufacturing and distribution industries, has acquired WithoutWire, a provider of warehouse management systems for complex inventory management challenges in Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP systems. 

This acquisition aims to combine the companies' expertise in warehouse and manufacturing automation solutions to serve Microsoft Dynamics customers, the companies said.

"This merger with Scanco unlocks significant opportunities to expand our partner network and ecosystem," says Travis Smith, founder of WithoutWire. "As part of the acquisition, the team at WithoutWire will join forces with Scanco to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in delivering exceptional supply chain management solutions."
