Eviden, Microsoft broker new five year partnership

Eviden, a French business that is part of the Atos Group specializing in cloud, big data, and security, announced a new five year strategic partnership with Microsoft to deliver cloud and AI. The two companies had a preexisting partnership, but the announcement marks a major expansion on the previous collaboration.

Together, the two companies hope to improve digital transformation with data, AI, and copilots. Eviden anticipates the partnership will result in $2.8 billion of additional cloud business. In addition to the headline announcements related to AI, the two companies are focusing on SAP transformation, security, developing centers of excellence, and establishing Co-Innovation Centers for public sector, healthcare, life sciences, energy and utilities, manufacturing, and financial services.
