Quadrum Capital acquires Companial, launches Novature with a 'buy and build' Microsoft Dynamics channel strategy

Netherlands-based investment group Quadrum Capital announced the formation of Novature, a new company that will serve as a “platform organization” to hold a portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics-focused vendors.

The first two companies to join Novature are Netherlands-based DycoTrade, which Quadrum acquired in December 2021 from another private equity group, and Companial, via its parent firm IT Channel Company, which was purchased more recently. IT Channel Company leader Louis Rustenhoven will serve as Novature’s CEO.
