CBRE building its next gen retail facilities management solution with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
Global commercial real estate services and investment firm CBRE announced it is partnering with Microsoft on overhauling its retail facility management offering, fmPilot, with a next generation solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services.
The new solution will use D365 Field Service as fmPilot’s “core operating platform” to serve retail and multi-site sector clients, according to CBRE.
