Microsoft Director of Data and AI Sonal Pardeshi discussed ways to improve ROI with Azure Machine Learning. Recent Forrester data indicates that Machine Learning customers had three-year projected ROI of up to 335 percent and up to 40 percent time reductions in getting data scientists up to speed.

Azure IoT principal program manager Eustace Asanghanwa highlighted the Enclave Device Blueprint for confidential edge computing. Although most confidential computing capabilities center in datacenters, enclave devices at the edge are intended to provide heightened security from physical intrusion, with binding trust rather than hypervisors.
