Comm100 launches integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Comm100, a provider of omnichannel customer engagement tools that connect brands with their customers, now integrates with Dynamics 365 CRM.
The integration enables users to see and update customer information directly inside the Comm100 agent console, giving them the tools to deliver personalized customer experiences, according to the company.
With the integration, customer service agents can tailor their live chat conversations based on current customer data without having to toggle between multiple applications while chatting. In part, the new integration between Comm100 and Dynamics 365 CRM will allow agents to immediately identify customers.
Claranet acquires Bizdirect and becomes Portugal's largest IT supplier
Claranet Portugal, a provider of cloud, security, and workplace solutions, has just completed the process of acquiring Bizdirect. The acquisition continues Claranet's expansion into Portugal. Two of Claranet Portugal's priorities are the development of the Bizdirect Competence Center in Viseu and the Microsoft Dynamics services area.
