A look at Dynamics 365 Customer Voice
Writing on the PowerObjects Blog for Microsoft Business Applications, Mark Laming stated that Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is Microsoft's latest survey management tool.
Laming explained everything the Dynamics Customer Voice survey tool allows you to do, including integrating with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement so feedback can be stored in D365CE, which enhances the 360 degree view of the customer.
He then described how to get started using Customer Voice, including how to create a new project and how to build and distribute a survey. He also discussed the several useful reports and monitoring features included with the tool.
Integrate the approval center into a model-driven app and D365CE
On the XRM Tricks (Power Platform & Dynamics CRM ) blog, Mehdi El Amri wrote that Power Automate offers a standard solution to manage approvals in a Dataverse environment. He noted that you can easily generate approval requests from cloud flows and view and respond to approval requests from email, teams, or the approval center, which you can only access from the Power Automate website.
