Ensono acquires Amido to build a cloud software portfolio

IT services provider Ensono announced that it has acquired Amido, a cloud-native software engineering company in the UK.

With the acquisition, Ensono strengthens its in-house cloud software engineering capabilities. Over the past 10 years, Amido grew to 130 employees, and specializes in transitioning from legacy systems to hybrid.

Amido will also support Ensono's cloud migration capabilities, including tools and services around hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios, Larry Goldberg, SVP, Global Advisory and Consulting Services at Ensono, told MSCloudNews.
