Podcast Review: Explaining the AI Builder opportunity for Dynamics 365 F&O customers
The Microsoft Dynamics FastTrack team is hosting a TechTalk webcast series examining different tools in the Power Platform to boost Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. Series organizer and FastTrack architect Rachel Profitt and principal technical specialist Murray Fife of Microsoft's Black Belt team joined the MSDW podcast to discuss the webcast series and important takeaways for partners and customers related to AI Builder, the Power Platform's library of pre-built machine learning and AI services, and other tools in the suite.
The community need
Partners and customers can find extensive documentation from Microsoft for both Power Platform and Dynamics 365 capabilities. But Profitt realized that there wasn't much about the overlap of the product families and how to leverage the two together.
Power Platform has been around for a while, but I wasn't seeing much adoption of these features with Finance and Operations customers. And there's so much capability and power to shorten your deployment time with these technologies, especially when doing custom development. I really wanted to evangelize Power Platform and help people connect the dots.
