Microsoft revealed a partnership with Kyriba for Dynamics 365 Finance, but firms remain silent on plans
Microsoft appears to have a new partnership with treasury and financial solutions vendor Kyriba related to Dynamics 365 Finance. But there are almost no public details, as neither company will comment on the nature of the relationship and neither has published any information on their plans.
While Dynamics 365 product teams frequently develop partnerships with other vendors, this relationship was revealed with only the briefest of mentions. Kyriba's logo appeared on a slide presented by Microsoft corporate vice president Muhammad Alam (screenshot below) at Microsoft Business Applications Summit (MBAS) 2020 alongside other partnerships related to Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. The partnerships with other firms listed in the slide are based on existing or previously announced relationships.
Alam acknowledged Kyriba by name and stated that their partnership relates to Dynamics 365 Finance. But neither firm has provided any further information in response to inquiries about the partnership since that early May presentation.
Kyriba has almost no public connection to Microsoft today. There is a Kyriba offering in the Azure Marketplace, which appears to offer Azure AD integration for existing Kyriba subscribers. The firm is not listed in AppSource.
