Touchdown launches email marketing for Microsoft Dynamics 365
Touchdown, a start-up formed from email and SMS marketing firm Sarbacane Software, has launched a new email marketing solution for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
The French firm's offering allows D365 users to design and send email campaigns using CRM data, designed around processes. Touchdown uses Sarabacane's marketing engine and offers many of the email marketing tools users have come to expect as standard: an email builder, customizable templates, and reporting.
The product is available in English and will be provided in other languages and markets, according to a spokesman. And it is built on Azure, with security and GDPR top of mind, they state.
Touchdown emerged from Sarbacane Software as an "intrapreneurship" effort. Sarbacane is best known for its Mailify email and SMS marketing solution. According to the company, Mailfiy saw €10 million in turnover in 2018, with Sarbacane reporting over 10,000 customers in more than 90 countries.
